5. Pricing & Availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be added at checkout. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5.2 Price Adjustments

If you purchased an item that later goes on sale, we do not offer price adjustments. However, you may return the item (subject to return policy) and repurchase at the sale price if still in stock.

5.3 Availability

Product availability is displayed on each product page. While we update inventory regularly, stock may sell out between your visit and order placement. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5.4 Pre-Orders

Some items may be offered for pre-order. Pre-order items have estimated delivery dates that may change. Your payment method will be authorized at pre-order but charged when the item ships. You may cancel pre-orders before shipping for a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control (weather, customs, carrier delays) may affect delivery. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

6.3 Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address provided or missed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. Unclaimed packages returned to us may be subject to refund minus shipping costs.

7. Returns & Refunds
